Updated: 3 October 2026
Website account / वेबसाइट खाता
To request correction or deletion of your studykeeda.co.in student account, profile or quiz history, email studykeeda786@gmail.com, preferably from the email used for your account. Use the subject “Study Keeda account or data request”, identify the account email, and tell us whether you want a correction, a copy of your information, deletion of specific quiz records, or deletion of your account and associated data.
अपना अनुरोध account वाले email से भेजें। बताएं कि वेबसाइट का खाता/क्विज़ इतिहास हटाना है या ऐप का डेटा। Password, OTP, verification link या payment credentials न भेजें।
We may need to verify that you control the account before acting. Deleting an account or quiz records can remove saved results and access to those records. Clearing browser cookies, uninstalling an app or stopping notifications does not by itself delete server records. Website records and Classplus app records are separate.
Study Keeda mobile app / Classplus
For the Study Keeda mobile app operated through Classplus, use the account-deletion/help option available in the app or contact Support@classplus.co. Identify “Study Keeda” and your app account. You can also contact Study Keeda at the email above for assistance routing the request. App information handling and retention are described in the app Privacy Policy and Classplus Privacy Policy. A request sent to the website does not automatically delete Classplus records.
Retention and children’s data
A fixed website account/quiz retention schedule has not yet been adopted. This page does not promise automatic deletion after a specified number of days. Ask support about the records relevant to your request, any necessary retention and backup limitations. Parents or guardians can contact us about a child’s account or personal data; appropriate verification may be needed.
